Refund policy

The purchase of any target system is a major decision, and we encourage you to ask us any questions you have. We are happy to provide references, and to demonstrate our systems when feasible. While we will gladly replace defective equipment on the rare occasions that situation arises (please see our warranty), we are unable to accept items returned for reasons other than defects.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at branko@st-target.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at branko@st-target.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WARRANTY

Every component that is not intended to be shot — known as a non shooting surface (NSS) — is covered by the limited 1 year warranty. However, if the NSS is damaged by gunfire, or other mechanical damage - then it will no longer be covered by the warranty.

Using steel jacketed, steel core, incendiary, armor piercing rounds of any kind is prohibited and it will void any warranty. Targets determined to have been shot with firearm calibers higher than the rating specified for the target, will not be covered by 1 year warranty.

1/2in. thick targets are rated to 3200 fps (feet per second) at 100 yards
3/8in. thick targets are rated to 3200 fps at 100 yards.
1/4in. thick targets are rated to pistol/rimfire at 15 yards and shotgun at 25 yards.

No rifles.
Faster speeds and shorter distances will degrade or damage these targets voiding the warranty.
Targets will receive shot marks using high powered rounds and many shots in the same location will ultimately pit the surface. These are not manufacturing or steel quality defects and are not covered by the warranty.
Use steel targets at your own risk! Shooting at steel targets can be dangerous and caution must be taken to ensure safety!
